	Organization: One player has the ball on the flank and tries to hit crosses past a defender. Use passing moves to be able to hit the cross to your team-mate, who runs in different ways in front of the goal and the goalkeeper. Swap roles and the flank from which the crosses are hit. Learning: Hit both inswinging and outswinging crosses with both feet and from both flanks. Variations The defender is active to varying degrees, and sometimes only tries to stop the ball after the cross has been hit.

	Organization: A player runs with the ball along the flank and hits crosses to two team-mates running in different ways in front of the goal and the goalkeeper. Swap roles. Learning: Hit crosses from both flanks and in different ways, to different areas using different types of swerve and at different speeds. Use different ball contacts and train with both feet. Variations Vary the number of players in the practice.
